Replacement of cracked screen

Barely a month old 32gb (white) iPod Touch 4g with a cracked screen. Local repair shops want $95 to replace it so I will do it myself. I have replaced the screens on an an iPhone 3g and 3gs without issues, also replaced batteries, headphone jack and dock. Any recommendations on where to buy the new screen (ebay?) and best photo/video tutorial? I'm in Ottawa, Canada. Thanks!
